Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged for e-store credit of equal or greater value. Items must be returned in the condition to which they were purchased and received.

Any alteration of the product voids an e-store credit. An exchange must occur within five (5) days of purchase. Any return should be packaged in a safe and secure manner, with full insurance coverage, to the address listed on our Web site.

We ask that you apprise us in advance of shipping by writing at Sales@BenSalJeweler.com about the nature of the return, inclusive of posting a time frame of its expected receipt.
